1. Background in management-related disciplines, with over 10 years of corporate training experience and at least 4 years of training department management experience; fluent in English.
2. Strong expertise in establishing corporate training systems, supporting and promoting standardized training management across business units, and continuously improving training effectiveness and satisfaction.
3. Proven ability to develop training curricula aligned with company culture, with hands-on experience in TTT (Train-the-Trainer) system and instructor development.
4. Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, capable of building trust-based relationships with management at different organizational levels to ensure effective implementation of training initiatives.
5. Strong passion for training and development, with solid team leadership and management capabilities.
6. Familiar with professional training networks and industry resources, and able to effectively integrate external training resources to support corporate development.
