  • Training Supervisor

    Position Description

    1. Background in management-related disciplines, with over 10 years of corporate training experience and at least 4 years of training department management experience; fluent in English.

    2. Strong expertise in establishing corporate training systems, supporting and promoting standardized training management across business units, and continuously improving training effectiveness and satisfaction.

    3. Proven ability to develop training curricula aligned with company culture, with hands-on experience in TTT (Train-the-Trainer) system and instructor development.
